Our Terroir Series showcases small-lot wines that speak of the land. The Riesling grapes for this wine were hand-harvested from our certified organic Lightfoot Estate vineyard in Wolfville.

In the cellar
A traditional basket press was used to gently extract the Riesling juice. Fermentation was cool and long in stainless steel. This wine was aged for over a year before release.

In the glass
Bright yellow-gold with aromas of white peach, pineapple marmalade, and wet stone. The palate is sweet with ripe fruit flavors, well balanced by a crisp lemon zest acidity; rich and luscious with a mouthwatering finish. Stands alone as a beautiful dessert wine or pairs excellently with salty parmesan, apple or peach tarts and lemon meringue pie.
